• Emergency Release - Fill this out if it needs to be UPDATED OR if you are a NEW SWIMMER.
• Roster Information - Fill this out if it needs to be UPDATED OR if you are a NEW SWIMMER.
• Session Dates - EVERYONE can see when sessions start and end (tentatively).
• Website and Phone - EVERYONE can see the best way to find out about practices (hotline) and general info.
• BMSC Handbook - EVERYONE please review this very useful information.
• Transfer Form - Please fill this out if you swam with a team other than BMSC in the last year.
